Due to high demand on our engineers from people in need of assistance with generator Technical issues, we are now selectively offering a generator technical service for advice on generator faults, installation and bespoke set-ups for customers who may have purchased from an online shop who does not have technical or engineering capability which is surprisingly common.

This service is also especially useful when distance is cost prohibitive, we will require certain information from you prior to agreeing to offer this service and it is not available to all.
